The heat pump..outdoor tables..being able to drive our vehicle inside the garage, then enter the home.

Misleading photo of distance to other houses - feeling of being constantly serveiled - pretend construction next door - more like surveillance. I feel sad the owners have to go thru this charade due to the dishonesty of other folk. To Not to be trusted on sight..kind of destroyed the eagerness of wanting to enjoy their lovely home.

Great house. Spacious, good ammenities, comfortable and well presented. Very quiet location.

Could not get the TV to connect with our devices so could not use that. This was probably our lack of knowledge. Would have liked a coffee plunger.

The Bathroom door upstairs didn't close properly and needs repairing.

The house is superb. I felt the whole lay out of the place was well thought out, it gave you everything, spaces to be together, spaces to be alone. It was a relaxing place to be after a busy day. Communication was swift and clear.

The house hadn't been cleaned after the last guests, we checked in late, so after a long day at a sporting event, we were very sad to walk in to find rubbish left lying around in the kitchen/lounge, beds had been slept in, bathrooms not clean etc. not what you want to see, when all you want to do is sleep and we had a tired cranky baby. However, the hosts acted quickly and sent a lovely cleaning crew who were extremely apologetic. We had to vacate the home for an hour and a half for them to do their job. Lucky for us, there was a night market at Chartwell that evening. Even though I was upset to arrive at an unkempt house, the house itself is stunning. It is because the house is so nice, that after that little debacle, we were able to enjoy this stunning home. The host sent us a bottle of wine as an apology too - thank you.

This was a really nice Air BnB! Alot better than staying in a hotel. Easy access, close to everything, plenty of room, nice view. Have already recommended it to a friend.

The neighbours were a bit noisy leaving in the early hours of the morning on the second day. They woke us up but nothing to do with the Air BnB. Would have preferred an iron to a steamer but the steaming still did the trick. I'm probably being picky because it was actually really great!

An excellent property exceeded our expectations. We loved the space, the view, exceptionally comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything was great, we stayed for 2 days and we loved the space, location and clean.
