The property is spacious and clean. They have complete kitchen equipment and even water filter! They are near at Paradigm Mall and LRT Station.

Free parking and the parking area is near the lift to the unit. Owner is helpful. She called to help us get into the unit when we had difficulty using the digital lock. Water filter is provided for drinking water.

The building is old. You can hear clearly all noises from the neighbours. The digital lock is not so user friendly. The air conditioner is not so cold and air not fresh. The bed linens look clean but doesn’t feel clean. Toilets are not cleaned thoroughly, corners with all the slime.
