This wasn’t my first time visiting Palermo, but staying at this apartment truly made it my best experience yet. The location is perfect, central enough to walk to all the main attractions and has everything you need close by. Every morning felt like a dream waking up here. 😍 What really set this stay apart, though, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, warm, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and had everything me and my family needed. It honestly felt like the hosts genuinely cared about my experience there. ☺️ The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the comforts of home (and then some). The view from the balcony was amazingly beautiful, especially, for a morning coffee or a evening glass of wine. And it was amazing that they offered to clean the apartment in the middle of our stay. In the apartment you will find everything you need and its very, very comfortable. Whether you're visiting Palermo for the first time or the fifth, do yourself a favor and stay here, you won't find better hosts or a more charming place to stay! It truly was a pleasure and thank you so much again for the beautiful stay. A presto! ❤️

Ruggero was an exceptional host. Communication great. Welcome pack food and wine was an unexpected but welcome bonus. Location is in the heart of the city.

Nothing at all

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo! The location is perfect, right in the center near the Teatro Massimo, with an incredible view of the Teatro Massimo Museum. It’s also close to Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where you can find everything you need. The host and his family were so welcoming, kind, and communicative—always available if we needed anything. They even provided snacks, aperitifs, and coffee, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to this apartment, my experience in Palermo will be truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Palermo!

Breakfast was definitely the Italian style. Host was very helpful and i had a lot of questions :D Apartment was very clean and nice. We liked the building a lot. It was safe building with quit neighbors.

Great host. So helpful! Everything was clean and the building was very private and secure. We got free snacks and some great wine. Close to everything too! right by the main road. Fab stay

Only thing was we had to empty the buckets of water from the air con which was a bit long because they filled up pretty quick & the aircon should be stronger upstairs in the bedroom & kitchen bc it was too stuffy for me personally but other than that no faults :)

Ruggero was waiting at the door with the keys, He offered more towels during the week of our stay as well as asked if there was anything that we needed, just tell him.

I would say the fact that it’s near the city center which is important for us since we travelled with our parents is the very reason. Everything is clean and beds are comfortable.
