The location is strategic. Save transport fee to travel few famous places in Malacca city. The room and bathroom is clean and tidy.

The room is arranged without TV. Only one staff in the homestay. Hardly to reach him. Parking lot is limited opposite the homestay. The front yard lack of cleaning. The homestay next neighbor is unfriendly when find out any car is parked nearby his house.

Bed is comfortable. Place is clean. The arcade machine at the lobby. The dining area is comfortable to play card and board games or even eat the meals. Location is really good. Very near to eateries and Jonker. They are nice to let us put our luggage at the counter area first as we arrived early before check in.

Hot drinking water is only available at the dining area so we have to walk up and down from our room. No hand soap or tissue paper provided in the room. Will be good to provide kitchen towel or tissue paper at the dining area. Shower water will turn hot or cold or become small. Room is small so good for 1 night stay for us.

Other than it’s considered pretty clean, the experience is BAD in overall

Disappointment 1: I purposely booked a room with TV but ended up it was in service and I couldn’t change my room Disappointment 2: The key got broken and stuck inside when I tried to lock the room LOL. No staff is there to attend to the issue, late reply from the management on WhatsApp, no effective solution given but sounded more like ‘forcing’ me to check out early. I had to wait and wasted my time, and ended up I checked out early. It could be my bad luck but overall the management and service is bad (just being friendly is useless, customers need solutions). And most of the time the staff is not on site.
