Great Terrace AC in Costa Adeje Heated Pool Wifi Parking

Clear instructions for collecting keys; Apartment was clean; bed comfortable; good spacious shower; swimming pool was a comfortable temperature and never busy; we were able to find a parking space near the apartment each day; spacious balcony; having two bathrooms (one with shower, WC & basin, the other with just WC & basin) was a bonus as saved time when getting ready to go out. Plenty of storage space; small safe for valuables; Check out time of 11am (often check out is 10am).

State of decor - small patches of plaster are coming off in places; evidence of damp problem on one wall in entrance lobby; one kitchen cupboard contains the cutlery drawer which has lost its front and the cupboard door is dropping and needs some maintenance; bottom drawer front falling off on bedroom chest of drawers; bedside table lampshade loose; bottom of sofa bed in lounge is damaged; kitchen looks like it was repainted in a rush and there are smudges of paint on the tiles & cupboard door; patio door to balcony has a broken lock. Apartment needs some TLC / repairs & maintenance.

No breakfast ,had Appt with kitchen

The Appt was ok except the kitchen - which will collapse soon - door slowly falling from hinges , faucet was expected any time to be broken , no dishwasher ,small number of plates , glasses and small kitchen tool .ie. peeler ,shredder etc not available , no vacuum cleaner

The property is in a great location with friendly staff. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view. We especially loved the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, though it would have been nice to have basic essentials like salt, pepper, and oil provided.

The boiler capacity was only 30 liters, which wasn’t enough for one person to wash their hair. Additionally, we were concerned about the door and lock, which didn’t feel secure enough to leave valuables like laptops in the apartment, so we had to carry them with us when we went out.

The huge terrace, the lovely views, the space, storage and the cleanliness.

Not that it would stop me booking again but cushions on the plastic sun loungers would be an asset. The views are great but come at a price having to climb the hills…. Not suitable for unfit however taxis are cheap

The apartment has enough space, parking possible in front of the apartment

The neighbors are not very friendly and don't make you feel welcome (I think a lot of long time residents from abroad in the gated community). Every time you want to go to the balcony someone is staring, one time we got jelled at from above from old English people.

Had to ask several times about the TV having a small baby with me I needed the TV but I just kept receiving ideas how to fix & a manual It’s very high up which there is no mention of & far too many steps not ideal when walking with a buggy

The apartment was clean and well equipped, beach towels were also provided. The view from the balcony was amazing and the complex was very silent, perfect for relaxing. The heated pool was amazing, always clean . The position is perfect, walking distance from the coast, restaurants and shops, also perfect for those who want to rent a car (like us) in order to go around the island, the complex offers private parking space which is very handy so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street. The self check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow. The host Oscar was always available for any questions/needs. Will definitely would like to come back.

Excellent apartment only 10 minutes walk to the shops and beach. Also handy for the waterparks, both within walking distance. Apartment was clean and spacious with excellent balcony in the sun all day. Pool was clean and large in size. Owners very speedy to reply and friendly and helped us so quickly with one small issue. Fantastic service, good location and excellent value.

The terrace is awesome. We really liked the artificial grass surface, it is way more comfortable that plain tiles. Views from the terrace are mesmerizing. Overall the apartment looks stylish and cosy and leaves the impression of a pleasant place. Pool is nice too. Communication with the host went very well, the self check-in process was clear and smooth.

No dishwasher. The boiler is tiny, barely enough for one person to wash quickly. If you wash your long hair, you have to divide the procedure into two parts. Wifi download is enough to watch YouTube, but 1.5 mbit upload is barely enough to upload any heavier data or work smoothly. The cabinets inside have heavy smell of cockroach repellent, but I guess that's the price of not having them.
