"Buen apartamento pero precio abusivo"

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza correcta y zona exterior con piscina muy buena.

Apartamento muy basico, podria estar más completo y con sofas, cama etc de más calidad. No hay toallas para la piscina, ni te dejan bolsas de basura, papel wc, ni nada. Precio abusivo. El mismo apartamento por un precio inferior me pareceria perfecto. Sistema de entrega/devolución llaves incomodo.

La ubicación y los ventiladores de la habitación que permitían que estuviese fresca

Todo muy básico. En agosto pagamos 300€/noche y ni siquiera jabón para lavarse las manos o un dispensador con gel de ducha, dos rollos de papel higiénico pequeño, sin repuesto de toallas, poca potencia de agua en la ducha, la mampara se desprendía, mobiliario muy antiguo… realmente es una pena, porque la ubicación es buenísima. Falta de cuidado y mimo. Creo que sería muy fácilmente mejorable.

No es nada acogedor. La reforma está hecha con materiales de mala calidad y el entorno no es el ideal, estando al lado de una central eléctrica. Más que un apartamento acogedor se asemeja a un barracón reformado.

"Extremely run down"

There really wasn’t much to like about this place. The swimming pool was a nice addition.

Foul smell in the bathroom of drains that permeated the whole property. Apparently this is a known issue in all of the apartments and happens after rainfall. I couldn’t stomach this smell for a weeks holiday so Formentera Break offered to swap us to a different property of theirs which was fantastic. Staying in this accommodation would have ruined our stay in Formentera unfortunately as the smell was so awful. It was also extremely run down and the description of ‘recently refurbished’ was very misleading. Kitchen and bathroom both tired and in need of renovating, with multiple faults in the property such a bathroom door that didn’t shut and faulty electrics in the bedroom. It all felt very run down and in need of attention. Cats all over the property (I think belonging to the owner) which is fine if you like cats but they appeared at every mealtime prowling for food which was a nuisance around our toddler in a high chair.
