Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment with 2 En-suite Bathrooms Parking included

the property was very nice however collecting the keys was difficult had to call for instructions, they were very helpful andf we managed to get in

the cooker i could not get working but they very kindly came out and got it working for me, it was very difficult to find where the key was kept but after calling the owner this issue was resolved

It was clean and spacious.

Although pictures and instructions were provided, the key was still hard to find. Once inside, the first thing that hit me was the various smells of cooking in the hallway. The bottom lock was loose. I entered the flat, then couldn’t get out as the bottom handle had completely broken and we were then stuck in the apartment. I called the owner, who was quick and efficient to answer who called a locksmith , to come. It took over an hour, which meant we couldn’t leave until he’d fixed it. The window lock in the sitting room was also completely broken , but was not a security risk as on the 3rd floor. The owner did give us a £50 refund, which was appreciated, but as we were meeting there for only one evening, spoilt our stay.

Very uncomfortable twin room beds, wasn't advertised as such, the mattress and bed structure was so weak I was uncomfortable to sleep. The bed creeks everytime I moved and I am 63kg so I cannot imagine a full grown man sleeping on there The en-suite to the twin room has a loud dripping sound coming from toilet The corridor leading to the flat, had a flat door broken into which was concerning There were no large glasses to drink from, not a big issue

Location to town centre was a walking distance, each bedroom had its en-suite with an extra toilet in the corridor. It was home away from home.

The location was good. There were several bathroom facilities which worked well with the amount of people in the property

The window in the lounge was broken and would not close properly resulting in the lounge being drafty. When we attempted to put the heating on due to this, the heating in the lounge would not work. I messaged the owner about this, but received no reply. We went out for the evening but on returning to the property at just before midnight the key fob would not afford us entry via the reception doors nor the gates to the car park. We attempted to ring the buzzer on the door in the hope that someone would answer and allow us entry into the property, but to no avail. I again attempted to call the owner but there was no response. We therefore waited for almost 20 mins before another occupant left the premises and we were able to get entry, otherwise we would have been locked out for the night.
