The property was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a coffee machhine 👍, microwave and fridge. Good Wi-Fi connection. Smaller flat TV in one of the bedrooms with Netflix. Great location in the historical center, close to all important sights.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow, but there is a lift. But, we didn’t feel safe using it. You could hear people moving on the floor above quite clearly, but it was just for a short while.

Best location, exactly at the city center. Almost every sight in Palermo can be reached by walking. Very clean and confortable.

Not having ac or heater inside the rooms. But theres ac at the hall, it can get the rooms warm if you let the doors open, in winter.
