Luxury penthouse with stunning sea views & private sauna

I visited there with my family in early June. The 160-degree sea view at the apartment was amazing! It was the best part of it! We all also love the sauna in the apartment! We experienced some cleanliness problems, but the host was super responsive and she sent some cleaners the next morning. Much appreciated!

With the price of 430e for a night (including all the cleaning fees and VAT), I expected to be in a place that was professionally cleaned. Balcony: When we attempted to open the side windows in the apartment, we discovered several live spiders trapped between the double-glazed windows and some dead ones inside the non-openable windows. We also observed them on the open-balcony. The cleaner came in the next morning to clean, but the spiders still came back the following day. Kitchen: Dinning in Helsinki can be costly, and at times, the high prices don't always reflect the quality. So, we chose to stay in an apartment because we needed a well-equipped, organised kitchen in order to cook with local ingredients. The kitchen could say as well-equipped, but not the best condition. Boxes and lids, utensils and tableware, seasoning were found in different drawers. This experience was quite frustrating and did not provide the best cooking experience. I felt like I was at someone's kitchen, yet, a "Luxury penthouse" as it says in the tittle, the kitchen should be organised and presentable. At the end, I managed to tidy up and organise the kitchen on my first night of arrival to create a better cooking convenience and experience for myself. Toilet: We noticed a faint urine smell in the second toilet, which wasn't a pleasant first impression. However, the host arranged for cleaners to address the issue. Drying machine: During our 5-night stay, we certainly used the washing and drying machine. We found that the efficiency of the drying machine was quite low, realising that the filter had a very thick layer of dust and the water filter tank was also full. This indicates that it had not been cleaned for a long time. location's Convenience: It so happened that the central metro station is currently under construction, which has had a small impact on convenience.

Key has to be picked from the Kioski and it was well instructed.

Fantastic property, very well equiped and nice floor plan with the bedrooms as they were situated have children with us. Clean and relaxing with fantastic views, would love to book during the summer. Host very intentive asking if all was well and would sort out any issues, but there where none. Would highly recommned to all.
