Fantastic and modern city centre flat with FREE parking!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Firstly this is not a legitimate Air BnB! Myself and my Mum recently stayed and to our horror, upon receiving the check in instructions on the day of arrival, we were told not to mention that the flat is used as an Air BnB but to lie and say we were a resident and have left our key fob in the flat! We felt so uncomfortable that we were forced to lie and put us on edge for the trip. Secondly, when we arrived at the flat it was disgusting! Despite it being half an hour after the stated check in time, the cleaner hadn't been. The bed sheets were dirty, rubbish all over the sides, dirty towels on the floor and little black hairs everywhere! We then spent the next 15 minutes trying to get hold of the contacts. When we finally spoke to Hannah, she told us to go get a coffee and she'd send a cleaner around. I politely requested she held off a short while as we need to get changed before our table reservation. We felt uncomfortable in the flat and didn't want to use the facilities dirty, so we were unable to shower, freshen up and relax with a glass of wine as we'd planned before our table reservation. I asked for some compensation but was met with a response that it was our fault the flat was cleaned late as we'd requested them to come do it slightly later to get changed, they also stated that due to this they had to clean it themselves. I'm unsure how they feel the fault can be shifted to us, as it should of been cleaned before our check-in time! Thirdly, unless you like to be bribed, do not stay here! I received a text from Rich saying they'd offer a 20% refund after we checked out. I week after we left and no payment was received so I chased it up. Rich then states he'll only make the payment if I leave a good review! Bribery. Lastly, I felt uncomfortable so directed my complaint to booking.com rather than dealing with crooks.

It was very spacious and clean . We had a lovely time here . It was close to the supermarket and restaurants . Thank you for the extra special treats . They were amazing . We can highly recommend this place 10/10

Great apartment. Superb location for Cardiff and surrounding areas. Really comfy bed, quiet and clean apartment. Good power shower. Free car parking was a real bonus. Would highly recommend. Thank you Richard for a great stay.
