The location is perfect. You are right next to the train station and a super short walk into the city. I was going to a gig at the international arena which is basically over the road. Perfect. Excellent communication from the host. The place is quiet and has everything you need.

For key collection, you have to go through a concierge to access the building and then locate the flat. The keys are by the flats front door. I'm not sure how the fob worked to access the building so I had to flag the concierge whenever I left and entered the building.
