L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, ben distribuito, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Unico consiglio collegare la tv prima dell'arrivo dei clienti, ma anche su questo sottolineo la gentilezza del proprietario nel proporsi di passare a collegarla. Tutto perfetto

All of the outside seating furniture was broken..! The fact that next door (40) is having major work done within that building so their was drilling, plus ground Floor apartment at mine was been refurbished too. And one other problem.... If you fancy a lay in dont Book this place bcoz the church bells on huge church Literally opposite will put an End to that at 8.01am We laughed about it bcoz we were up and ready to go out but some might Not like it at all. All in all its worth it, Malta has plenty to see and Do so work stuff happening shouldnt bother you

The location is excellent. In a quiet residential area mere minutes from all the bars, shops, restaurants and seafront. Plenty of facilities within 2-3 minutes walk including supermarkets, fresh fruit and veg shops, bakery and a very well stocked Lidl 7-8 minutes walk away Very spacious, would easily accommodate 4 adults with 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air con in every room Large terrace that gets the sun from about 8.30am until sundown

My only tiny gripe is that the outdoor furniture could do with being updated as the loungers and chairs were cracked in places. But not really a big deal as there were long cushions for the loungers.

The apartment has potential—it’s well-equipped with towels, a hairdryer, kitchen essentials, and heating AC.

Our stay was ruined by extreme construction noise. From before 7 AM to 6 PM, we endured constant drilling, jackhammers, and wall demolitions. Workers walked on the roof above us, dropping cigarette butts and debris onto our balcony. The adjacent building is an abandoned structure under major renovation, and the unit next door was also under construction. To make matters worse, cleanliness was lacking—damp walls, poorly washed bathrooms, and overall insufficient hygiene.

Noisy and dirty Easy to communicate with the owner Good location Unfortunately the flat was not clean (pillow were dirty) and we suffer from the work in the buildings. Every days at 6am we were wake up due to big noise from the ongoing works at the ground floor

Great location, the seafront is only few minutes away, the neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful architecture. The apartment is big and well equiped (including air conditioning in each room). You can find multiple supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend it!
