Das Personal war außerordentlich geduldig und freundlich. Ich hatte beim Check in ein paar Probleme und sorgte für einige Umstände, das Team war stets professionell und authentisch. Die Zimmer sind sorgfälltig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Dem Gast soll es an nichts fehlen, das merkt man sofort.

The pillows were comfortable. The location was good.

The room was very small. Dis functional drawer and had rail issue and one was broken. Refrigerator was moldy. Toilet was always smelly and the room was damp. They asked 9 euros for check in at 11:30 PM. I asked for iron which is included in facilities and staff replied that they don’t have.
