+Quick & friendly response of the staff +Easy self check in & check out +Very clean room +Very comfortable bed sheet +Strong water flow in the shower and very nice hot water.

-No blanket for the sofa bed -Leaking toilet douche (understandable because of the high water pressure) -Difficult to clean the water on the shower room (because the waste water outlet is higher than some other parts of the.floor)

1. bathroom Not clean 2. No tissue 3. no hot jug as stated 4. all cupboard & drawer full with their own things 5. Channel TV so limited, only 1 channel available, no access for other channel 6. Door key stuck, can not be taken out
