The keys were not available although we had paid for early check in

Location near the train and bus station was excellent . Many restaurants nearby.

A little further away from the key location than expected . A long walk with luggage.

Great apartment, central, close to the Train Station, sauna was great and close to the University 😁

Too many things and broken door of main entrance.

The location was excellent just a few meters from the Central Railway station, the tram, bus stations and all major sites were within 15-20 minutes walk. The house was spacious especially the living room, main bedroom with a huge bathroom and sauna. The second bedroom and bathroom were very small. Beds in the main bedroom were comfy, adequate storage. Single beds in the second bedroom very small for a tall adult

1. Getting the keys. The address given was wrong, we had to call them and walk a few blocks. The formalities took time which racked up a lot of money on the cab fare 2. Cleanliness - SInce we were 3 of us the second single bed in the second room was unmade which is ok but it had a dirty blood stain on the mattress. The shelves in the bathroom were dirty 3. Adequate number of towels and hand towels were given only after a lot of follow up, despite the fact we were booked for a week. But they apologized and did not charge us for a 2 hour late check out 4. There is no parking nearby. We had rented a car for a few days and they gave us a parking slot for a fee but it was 15 minutes walk. 5. No instructions to use the sauna 6. Cutlery, crockery especially glasses were inadequate for 3 people, most were probable broken so we didnt get 3 glasses of one type. 7. There was only 1 light working under the kitchen cabinets , 3 were fused and no body bothered to replace them
