There was bugs everywhere but I already paid for the room and I was tired also it is what it is

Ac didn't work write Had roaches and TV didn't work right no pool no breakfast

My shower was broke

It was very convenient

Door frame was cracked

I couldn't believe the blow dryer in the room wasn't replaced; it looks like it caught on fire and split down the middle. 1 ply toilet paper, really not good. There was an ironing board but no iron. This was our second room (102), 101 had a dead refrigerator, it was hot and the air conditioner was very noisy. Your breakfast was horrible, if you want to call that breakfast. Maybe change the name to Continental Breakfast. Most places have at least a waffle maker and a better variety of food. If you don't put the money in the place, then do not expect good reviews. I thought about going to Yorktown Inn and Suites but heard that place was worse. This facility is okay but could be better.

The only good thing was that it was pet-friendly.

The entire stay was horrible! It was dirty plus there were stains on the bedding and when the replacement was requested it was dirty as well. The water pressure was very low in the shower. It was cold at night and when the heater was turned on the burnt smell never stopped it was horrible and we had to air out the room. The office was no help with the issues.
