"Unfair price vs accommodation."

Location of the condo and its structure.

a) for long period rental would be necessary to have at least 2 bed sheet set for all bedroons; b) addional trash bags; c) no thash bin was count in front of the driveway, and it is not clear the weekdays of the trash collection; d) it seems the apt was not well cleaned, example: pieces of cookies underneath of sofa cushion, the bath box was not well cleaned, dirty or stained carpet etc. e) should fix the door of the wash machine room, it almost falled over my son.
