This is very worst i see, as my experience many places i rent home stay supposed unable to place in market. not reasonable to price All aircon very old

Firstly check in process was not satisfactory as I had to contact the host multiple times and was given a callback by host only after check in time... Understandable that host had an emergency but it's situation like this that they need to delegate the check in to someone else or provide check in instructions beforehand or automate the process... Bedsheets isn't clean at all, downstairs room has a stale and smoky smell. Upstairs bathroom has no toilet bowl only shower and sink... Downstairs bathroom got no sink but toilet bowl and shower... Facilities is passable and not worth the money spent on the homestay...

Quiet environment, clean house and good safety

Kitchen utensils are incomplete, no available pot to use for cooking cause using electric cooker, no garbage plastics, wall clock not working
