Iconic Marjorie Hotel, Penang, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Top-Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens bzw. der zwei Brücken zum Festland. Moderne, gut ausgestattete und relativ ruhige Zimmer (Schallschutzfenster!), obwohl das Hotel direkt an einer 6-spurigen Autobahn steht. Fantastische Frühstücks-Vielfalt.

Die Betten sind etwas unbequem, die Kopfkissen zu hart. Die Wasserleitungen sind nicht isoliert, man hört alle Wasser- und Spülgeräusche deutlich. Das abendliche Dinner-Buffet ist weit überteuert. Dafür gibt es im nahen Umfeld des Hotels aber genügend lokale Alternativen mit bester Qualität!

The Ramadan buffet was amazing!! full of different variety food and tastes good. The swimming pool has very few people, allowing my family enjoy it very much.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk. The receptionist repeatedly told me that the Ramadan buffet was fully booked, which was quite upsetting. However, when I called the restaurant directly, they said they could reserve a table for me. When I arrived that evening, the hall was only about 70% full, so I don’t understand why I was told there was no availability. I also booked three rooms, and in one of them we suspected the mattress had bed bugs because we felt itchy while sleeping. This was very uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves communication and room quality.

新しく、きれいなホテル。設備もそろっており、満足。　プールが高層にあるので眺めも良く、風も入り、プールサイドでリラックスできる。

空港と街中の間にある。　街中からは離れているので、Glab等使って移動する必要あり。　ホテルの周りはほとんど何もなく、ちょっと先にコンビニはあるが歩きづらい。

We stayed at Iconic majority Hotel in Penang as a couple for our honeymoon, and honestly, it was a wonderful surprise. We booked the hotel at the airport without knowing much about it or even seeing the room beforehand, and we were truly shocked by how good the quality was. The hotel is very nice and easily one of the best we stayed at in Penang. I would rate it 9 out of 10. The rooms are very reasonably priced, extremely clean, elegant, modern, and fashionable. Everything in the room felt well thought out, from the design to the customised kettle and amenities, which gave the hotel a unique and premium feel. The staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping deserves special mention. They were extremely professional, cleaned our room daily, and were always happy to help whenever we asked, even as late as 1 a.m. Amenities were restocked daily, and the quality of the items provided was excellent. Overall, I loved the quality of the service, the cleanliness, the design, and the attention to detail. Our experience kept exceeding expectations, especially considering it was a last-minute booking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for couples and honeymooners
