Staffs, decor, cleanliness, complimentary parking, the bed, no-password wifi, no pointless insertion of room keycard into a slot to activate electricity

Asking for additional "deposit" money. The complimentary bottles of water were FILTERED water sourced from PBA... Ew! The master switch did not control all lights as the reading lights and the pendant light were independent. A little bit of mold in the grouts in the shower. (Please use high-quality mold-proof grouts Mariott!) The TV didn't provide streaming services like Netflix, HBO, etc, not even YouTube was available. No ironing board and iron; instead, a difficult-to-use steamer was provided. Worst of all, no self-service laundrette! (Dry-cleaning was available but come on... that's very cost-ineffective.)

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

The waiting area at the lobby is pretty small wt limited seats.

Manage Valley parking with proper plan give priortity To the guess who already book and pay. Just the suggestion
