Lisària Villa Delle Meraviglie With Pool

Tolles Haus. Der Gastgeber Antonio war immer hilfreich, falls wir etwas benötigt haben bzw. Fragen hatten. Ebenso das Team von Happy Rental (Agentur). Achtung: Antonio spricht nur italienisch. Mit Übersetzungs - App kein Problem. Das Haus, bzw. die Häuser bestehen aus einer "Wohnung" in zwei Trullis, sowie 4 separaten Zimmern/Suiten mit eigenem Eingang im Neubau. Eine kleine Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen ist im Neubau vorhanden, jedoch nutzten wir nur den schönen Platz im Garten in der Nähe des Pools um zu Frühstücken.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.

To be very fair to the lovely owner Guiseppe and his parents Antonio and Antonella, we were visiting in late March and early April as a family of 10 including an 8 week old baby. It was pouring with rain and cold so this affected what we felt about the property. The communal area is tiny for the size of parties the villa caters for. There is one large two seater sofa and a coffee table right next to a good sized table for 10. The kitchen is tiny and only big enough for one person and doesn’t have cupboard space for in house cooking. The owner told us that the living area is going to be expanded but it didn’t work for us as it was so we left after two days. My other criticism is there were three cats roaming around and dashing into the kitchen if you so much as open the door. They are shit everywhere so with three mobile small children I had to clear up cat shit from the lawns and around the pool before they could go out. Sadly we learnt the hard way!! To reiterate, this would be a lovely place to be in good weather as,say, 5 couples - it’s not really suitable for children under 10 as there are steep stone stairs and glass balustrades and very separate access to each room, a very difficult situation for parents.

Lovely home with a very responsive owner. Thank you again Antonio! The home is very centrally located for visiting all of Puglia south of Lecce. It was a real oasis that was wonderful to return to after exploring the towns in this lovely corner of Italy. The house (two houses really) were very clean and well appointed. The pool is a real plus and long enough to swim laps. We hope to return!

Antonio was an amazing host and a lovely guy. He suggested restaurants, brought us snacks and even joined us for drinks.

All is made with high quality and you feel good with the garden, pool and all the trees.
