Struttura datata nel complesso Siamo stati bene , mare bello , noi non abbiamo trovato le alghe , tutti i dipendenti molto carini e disponibili alle nostre richieste . Il cibo molto vario buono rispetto al viva Maya che sembra inferiore per qualità di ristorazione . In Playacar ci si può spostare a piedi ma dal centro di Playa del Carmen dista 30 minuti a piedi . Fino alle 17 del pomeriggio si possono prendere le biciclette gratuitamente.

Le camere andrebbero rimodernizzate .

Spiaggia davvero bella e grande il mare non è sempre paradisiaco ma ci sta perfettamente essendo comunque un viaggio do ve si fanno parecchie escursioni in posti meravigliosi. Alba bellissima!

"Nice break, good beach, great food and service."

Food was very good and there was lots of variety.

I wish we had asked more about the facilities but didn’t know we needed to. We didn’t know there were theatrical shows at night, and I think spouse would have gone on a trip to Tulum if he’d realized how nice it is. Also nobody mentioned playacar beach. A brochure with some of these highlights left in the room or offered on checkin would have been ideal. Also more about the sister resort and what the best attractions there are there that we could explore.

the beachfront is beautiful but this is something nature provides not the hotel itself.

THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE. Dear all future guests please trust my taste and avoid staying at this place by all means. We were three families staying there for a week long holidays just before Christmas 2025. Half of the family had stomach issues. I personally couldn't eat anything but boiled eggs for breakfast and fruits during the day. The chef has to be replaced. It is a crime to feed people any food the way he cooks it. It is a huge disrespect to all guests. The food is tasteless and overcooked. Unfortunately it looks like the hotel management couldn't care less as there are already many negative reviews during past years about the food. I recall please avoid staying at Viva Azteca because if you do you will be crying for your money and time spent there.

El Show nocturno de Baile

Su presion e insistencia de entregar la habitación, por 20 minutos fuera de la hora de salida. Llamadas, molestia de camareras, cuando para ingresar no tardaron mas de 1 hora.
