Highly recommend. - Spacious, clean and relaxing place to stay at PD. - Towel, hairdryer and washing machine are provided. - Superb sea-view from balcony. - Near to beach and pool - Easy parking

1) The view was superb. Balcony opens to the sea and you can enjoy the sunset from there. 2) There were enough beds for our family of 7. 3) The pools and the animal sanctuaries were kept clean. Rabbits, birds, fish and especially the turtles were healthy and well taken care of. 4) Beach was clean and private.

Many things were not great but these are the main ones: 1) We paid RM1,250 for 3 nights so we naturally expected furniture & facilities that looked and felt comfortable. 1a) The main bathroom's toilet was of a third world standard. It needs to be replaced. The water also leaks when you flush. 1b) The sofa is sunken when you sit in it. The cushioning has depleted and feels hard at certain places. The pillows on the sofa were of very low quality and feels unclean. 1c) One of the queen beds in the main bedroom has a very hard mattress. 2) The owner couldn't wait to get us out of the property. She arranged for her aircon technician to come and service the aircon BEFORE we checked out, as if to drive us out (halau). I have a record of when the owner called me, it was at 11:45am, check out is 12pm and she told me to open the door to let the technicians in. Services should be done before guests come or long after guests are gone, not while we are in the midst of getting ready and packing up. Very unprofessional and rude. 3) Owner said she will only return my deposit after my review of the stay. This is the first time I encountered this. We are not new travellers and this was so bizarre to us. It took her 3 days and daily reminders from me to issue the refund.

Recommend. Cozy, clean and relaxing place to stay. Well equipped place with nicely indoor decoration. Near to beach and swimming pool. Easy parking and responsive host.

- wifi not working - old hotel facilities. during our stay one lift is not working

Eventhough the building was old, but the rooms are well maintained, we like how clean n fresh the rooms feel when we walked in. Warm n cosily decorated. When we let the host know about leaking air-condition in the master bedroom, she responded very fast and kindly changed the rooms for us since the technician has finished the shift. The rooms are facing the beach, good view. Will definitely book again for the next trip.

It was an excellent stay at this place, the seaview is completely worth it! Clean bedroom, near to swimming pool and private beach. Recommend.
