Precioso dúplex con Piscina, Sevilla centro Matahacas 2d

Achei a casa aconchegante as camas e sofás confortáveis... Gostamos muito de lá estar...

A piscina pois achei que estava um pouco suja e enquanto lá estive não vi ninguém a fazer limpeza a piscina...

El apartamente es muy bonito y moderno, las camas son comodas y es una zona tranquila, no se escuchan coches ni gente pasando.

La piscina no es privada como dice en la descripción, es compartida con los otros apartamentos. Habia hormigas tanto en la cocina como en el baño. Y algo que me parece muy importante, si no va a haber nadie para recepcionarme, por lo menos que me informen de lo esencial como donde estan la escoba, recogedor, lavadora, etc.

The apartment although difficult to find was geographically well located just outside the main hub. A bit quirky but functional & comfortable.

As soon as arriving, we found the kettle & coffee maker wasn't working & notified the owners/manager's who didn't make any effort to either repair or replace. It clearly states in Booking.com, there is a washing machine although where, we couldn't find one! Although a minor fault, the clock didn't work either. The freezer was deficient & couldn't be used to it's full potential. There was a varied evidence of staining to the seating. However, the main fault, was the external decking area on the patio by the pool. This is shared so it will also affect the neighbours. It requires renewal as rotted defective & broken timbers with screws poking up is a clear danger. The decking has a large void beneath, approximately a metre in depth. If anyone fell through this they could break their legs or worse. An obvious lack of health & safety & care for those staying. Generally the apartment is very tired & requires upgrading notwithstanding the new decking are, fully refurbished as is a really high health & safety issue.
