2Beds Seaview Straits Quay comes with Carpark and Hothub

The unit is very good with the gorgeous view of the dock. Very convenient as the grocery stores and there are lots of entertainment close by too. All the utilities in the room are top tier. Very suitable for anyone who wants to avoid crowds as this is a low density unit.

The view from the balcony is fabulous. AC system works so effectively. Nice airfryer. The washing machine and supply of soap powder was so useful. Nice big TV and Netflix was available. The security guards were so kind and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool. The complex is immaculate. It was peaceful. The bars and restaurants are nearby which is convenient, it does get loud at night with live music, but it's not unbearable.

Couldn't use the hot tub, the plug for the drain wasn't installed properly. Lots of mould in the en-suite bathroom. Need extraction in the bathrooms. Stains on the couches. Couldn't view Netflix towards the end of our stay. This is unrelated to our stay...but the ferries no longer go from Georgetown to Langkawi. The locals are not even aware of this themselves. Landed up having to purchase expensive flights at the last minute.

Very good overall, the place is very clean and the hosts are very friendly and have good communication with all the details information on all the facilities of the homestay

Nothing, all good with a 10/10 overall stay

The kitchen was disastrous. It lacked everything, knives, water glasses, wine glasses, salad bowls, and proper cooking pots. Just some cups and a single casserole. It's a shame that booking.com features a property like that. It's impossible to have breakfast or a proper meal. No house manual. The owner said that it's not possible to bring some other equipment for cooking. Luckily, we had a toaster, at least.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything required for a pleasurable stay.

the location is a bit troublesome if you plan to hang out around town since the roads to and fro can get pretty congested. The night life can cause some noise pollution but luckily it stops early at aroun midnight. There was one large mould stain on the ceiling of the bathroom
