Uniquement l'emplacement et le cadre extérieur. Concernant le reste, appartement sale, taies Sales, douche pleine de poils. Appartement qui a besoin d'une grosse rénovation. La 2eme chambre doit être inférieure a 9m2.

La non propreté de l'ensemble et la vétusté de l'appartement.
