Pool, which was unheated but open, only open from 10-7 due to no staff on site after 7. Unlikely to use unheated pool but would have used hot tub if it had be available for longer hours. Not told about this when I called to enquire before booking. Also, be aware that cancellation requires 3 days notice. Breakfast was very mediocre and did not open until 8;30. Other than local donuts, it was packaged, orange juice was not real juice.

Clean, quiet, spacious and attractive setting. Jesse is also very helpful, friendly and a 5 star customer service employee!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. The location is perfect if you are visiting nearby wineries.

The amenities were minimal. For two people for two nights, there was only one coffee, and the shampoo, lotion, and soap were unusable/dried up. We were the only people staying and there was usually someone in the office, but we found that the window in our room didn't lock. There was no one on-site when we checked out at 9:30 am.

Location was convenient.

Front desk person warned us that the in-room coffee is horrible and it was. Dead fly on windowsill. Keys had to be recoded 3 or 4 times in 2 days. I asked at 11am Saturday (when I was getting my keys recoded for the 2nd time), if our room would be cleaned and was told yes. We returned around 3pm and room wasn't cleaned. I saw a cleaning person and asked if she would clean my room. She said yes, but after 45 minutes we just gave her our used towels and got some fresh ones. Room not cleaned. They have no business charging more than $125 for this hotel.

Bill and staff was friendly and very nice.
