Oak Ridge Inn

Breakfast was minimalist but what was available was very good and the minimalist approach keeps the cost down so I was happy with it. Coffee was good which was important because there is no Starbucks in Plymouth.

We did not notice anything that was in obvious need of improvement. It was a nice big room and very clean. We noticed during the day that the staff aired out the rooms they were cleaning by opening the windows and the door and allowing the breeze to blow through the room for a good long time. As a result there was no stale air smell that you get in a lot of hotel rooms.

Perfect place for our wine adventure. Pretty views out our window. A little noisy at times if your room is close to the highway but not bad. Breakfast is typical quick continental style with fruit and yogurt etc. Good. Swimming pool not heated but will be good in the hot summer.

The hot tub should open up sooner

The room was big. The bathroom was bigger than I am used to getting at hotels. Stayed in room 218. Great room for a great price. It was quiet the night I stayed there. The view to the distinctive rolling grass was pretty. My husband recommended this place and he was right.

Office closed up by 10 and not open until 8. But the hotel made sure we were taken care of so it worked out fine.

Close to Shenandoah Valley Rd and all the wineries. Quiet, friendly staff, working hard to create a nice environment.

Not quite where I believe the ownership wants to be. Obviously a work in progress. Hot water was spotty, windows leaking rain water on the AC/Heater unit.
