À fuir 😱😱Appartement, très sale poils sur les draps Poussière de partout rien ne marche aucune télévision À notre arrivée nous avons attendu presque 2h à entrée car le code étais mauvais on étais congelé avec un enfant. Aucun chauffage ne marche Cuisine pas équipé Serviette avec des trous Etc…

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und groß,sehr sauber. Von der Ausstattung her war alles dabei was ma braucht. Sehr empfehlungswert!

Es war etwas Kalt und die Klima Anlage haben wir auch nicht hochschalten können aber kann natürlich auch sein das es nur wir nicht geschafft haben .

I am writing this email in a state of extreme frustration and disappointment to formally complain about my current accommodation and, more importantly, about the unacceptable and inhuman behavior of the Prestige Homes team. What we experienced is completely unacceptable, especially for a Booking.com listed property. Critical issues upon arrival: • No towels • No bed linen • No toilet paper The apartment was NOT ready for accommodation. We could not sleep, wash, or use basic sanitary facilities. This alone makes the property uninhabitable. Communication and support – absolutely nonexistent: • I made multiple phone calls, at the first 5 calls we got an answer each time, with no solution, and afterwards all unanswered. • I sent numerous messages, most of them ignored. • At some point, communication completely stopped. • I was even blocked instead of being helped. This is not just poor service. This is inhuman behavior. I explicitly informed Prestige Homes that we are traveling with 3 children. Despite knowing this, they left us for hours without basic necessities, without information, without solutions, and without any empathy. A family with children was treated as if we were not human beings. At some point, a woman came to inspect the apartment (I do not know who she was – possibly from the cleaning company). She acknowledged the situation and told us she would manage it. Nothing was managed. Nothing was solved. We waited for a very long time inside the apartment, hoping for a minimum level of professionalism. Instead, we were ignored. Key facts: • We were present at the apartment • The key was inside the apartment the entire time, in my wifes pocket!!!! She was outside, in the yard, at 10 meters from the apartment entrace!!! • Prestige Homes repeatedly claimed access issues, which were false • No cleaning, no supplies, no solution • Repeated calls with no answer • Total lack of human decency This experience caused stress and exhaustion.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación.

NO ha funcionado la CALEFACCIÓN y hemos tenido MUCHÍSIMO FRÍO en el apto. Dice que tiene lavavajillas y es MENTIRA . También dice que tiene 2 cuartos de baño y solo tiene uno. En el otro solo hay una ducha y una sauna. NO TIENE LAVABO NI WC.

Apparemment grand et très bien placé.

Le ménage n’était pas très bien fait. Et il n’y a pas de garde bagages après le check out.
