The location was great it's just the caravan allocated to us was not maintained (dirty roofs comparing to others) up to standards and the land where it sits is not great with the trees next to it hearing all sorts of noise at night

The place was lovely and so clean and the hosts were really lovely people

Gayle is an excellent host and helped us feel at home. She welcomed us at the check-in time and showed us around the house and the boiler operations. She communicated well in advance of any issues and told how she has resolved them. She provided us with all the necessary items that would make our stay comfortable like the hairdryer, tea, coffee, hand wash and utensils wash and even a pint of milk in the fridge. Thanks a lot for these.

Booking.com advertised facilities like indoor and outdoor swimming pool and all the facilities of the holiday park but they were all closed probably being the end of year. But if we were aware of this then we would have planned something different which would have kept our kids busy and would have made our stay enjoyable.

Excellent base for exploring the island. Gayle and Graham were extremely helpful in the run-up to the trip and even organised discounted ferry tickets for us which we were extremely grateful for. The caravan was very clean and you couldn’t want for more in terms of utensils etc. A lovely welcome gift on arrival (Prosecco and a pint of milk in the fridge) topped it off. It was very convenient to have bedding and towels provided.

The caravan was perfect. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you to gayle and graham. The milk in the fridge was so much welcomed after a long journey also the card, biscuits, chocs and water ect, was just not expected. But very much appreciated you have a lovely place and very family friendly equipped with everything we needed. The games and toys was just a lifesaver. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 🙂

The onsite passes was expensive at £56 per caravan. To say the arcade was rubbish. Most things was broke. But we was out everyday anyway. But could do with reviewing prices

Everything. The location is easy to find. Around is green, clean and relaxed.
