Stylish Tiny House with Mountain Views & Private Courtyard

Hot tub was great and apartment was incredibly well appointed. Comfy and warm and fun decor. Owners were also very responsive, thank you!

The spa was nice and bed was comfy.

The place was beautiful but unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. Despite numerous attempts with switching over both gas bottles to get hot water, we got barely a minute with hot water, which was very disappointing especially when that’s all we wanted after a full day of traveling. We tried again the next morning however, we only got seconds and no hot water for the kitchen. The fire place was burning nicely however, when we kept opening it up to put more firewood in, smoke kept coming out and radiating to the top of the tiny house which meant we had to open the window up stairs. We also had a guest or a neighbour looking into our space, the tiny house is very exposed to neighbouring properties. Suggestion would be to have a front gate. No compensation was provided for the lack of hot water and had to go through a “management” process to ask which was useless. Apparently everything was “working” Support another local business in Wanaka and don’t waste your money on this stay.

Quirky, playful & colourful space! Great kitchen! Loved sitting at the comfy dining table and seating whilst having a coffee & catch up emails. Well facilitated, lovely warm & ambient space! Outdoor fire (didnt use) but did take advantage of the hot tub at night. About a 5 minute drive to township!
