Ground Floor Deluxe Seaside Apartment With Patio & Private Entrance, marine court

It was convenient for our visit to the Rory Gallagher festival. The whole process was very easy with the host regarding the key check in / check out. It was nice and quiet and perfectly located.

Only good thing was the location if only the property was clean.

It was filthy dirty smelly and excrement markings in the bathroom. First impressions were cigarette butts outside the entrance door and they were not fresh there a while, there was chocolate thrown there and also plastic seats that had scum on them and hadnt seen a cloth in months. On entering the smell that hit was just disgusting a mix of constant smoking not just a once off and then mould. The couches did not look like they were saft to sit on clean wise . The fridge was not clean and the floor in the kitchen was stained. The cutlery drawer was smelly and worn timber the presses with the plates were also not clean with dirt on the one plate i looked at. Then proceeded to the bathroom where as above had stains all around the toilet bowel. And not enough towels. The main bed room was smelly and had stains on the pillows and cushions. The bed was not made well and looked like someone just got out of it. The room with the bunk beds was smelly not as bad as the rest but the duvets were all frayed . The drawers that had games in them which didnt work were dusty and not cleaned. I contacted the owner who said oh yes some minor flaws but wouldn't be enough to warrant not to stay... I am very worried for this comment as it could not have been any worse so obviously the owner has very low standards of hygiene. So disappointed with this contacted the owner immediately who told me then he made a trip to view the property and there was nothing wrong with it. He then told booking.com today that he made the trip and it was ok. Very worrying that booking.com would entertain such lies but i have forwarded them on all the pictures and as they say pictures dont lie

Dirty apartment bedding, floors sinks. Stuff definitely needs updated and fixed Was very disappointed over all and left a day early. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property was excellent couldn’t have asked for better. The place was spotless. Very spacious and family friendly. Central location which was great. Hosts were very helpful. Will definitely book again
