Open Space a 1' dalla Stazione

1. 주차장이 뜰 안에 있었던 점이요. 첫 날은 꽉 차서 바로 옆 기차역 주차장에 주차했지만 가까워서 문제가 되지 않았어요. 2. 세련되고 감각적인 시설에 머무는 동안 기분이 정말 좋았습니다. 게다가 모든 것이 무척 깨끗했어요!! 3. 대형마트가 도보 2~3분 거리에 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 관광객용 마트가 아니라 현지인들을 위한 마트라 종류도 다양하고 저렴했습니다. 4. 체크인 전에 숙소에서 먼저 연락을 주고 체크인 및 주차까지 정말 친절하게 내내 케어해주었고 도움을 주었습니다. 기분이 좋았어요. 5. 게스트를 위한 작은 선물과 간식이 있었어요. 아이 세명과 묵었는데 아이들이 최고의 숙소라고 평가했습니다.

1. 라스페치아 중앙역에서 좀 떨어져 있었어요. 그렇지만 한적하고 마트가 가깝고 주차가 좋았어서 만족합니다. 2. 더는 아쉬운 점은 없습니다. 친퀘테레에 가기 위한 숙소로 강력 추천합니다. ; )

Cet appartement et son hôte sont tout simplement parfait.On se sent comme à la maison, accueillant, propre, bien aménagé, à 2 pas de la gare. 5 min d’un supermarché.Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour visiter les 5 Terres et d’autres magnifiques villages à côté.

Alles was aanwezig van a tot z. Onze gastheer was meedenkend en persoonlijk.

Very clean and well equipped flat. The owner and the staff are amazing, easily approached and promptly responded to my calls.

Air condition malfunction but the issue was fixed

The main problem was it was very noisy cuz of the isolation. it was next to a main road so you will be awake at the early morning

Good value for money, apartment size and equipment, cleanliness. A good starting point for exploring Cinque Terre. One note - the apartment is located near the La Spezia Migliarina station - it is not the main station in La Spezia, but it takes a few minutes to get there by train.
