Apartamento familiar nuevo de diseño en la mejor zona de Triana, Parking included

Very clean, tea and coffee provided, very well equipped, comfortable beds, great location

Not knowing in advance that access to the internet would be required to get into the building, very difficult if your phone runs out off charge or the SIM card doesn’t work (which happened to one of us). This excludes many people also who don’t have access to- it would be better to add that to the description so clients can make an informed decision. The keys provided did not open the building front door. It would be much improved with an in person check-in.

We arrived on New Years Eve to Luca De Tena apartments, the check in was self automated, which we received the link for access a few days prior to our visit. The apartment had the heating and lighting on and was really cosy and welcoming on arrival. The apartment is really modern and spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and lots of towels, super clean and looks brand new. The beds were really comfortable. Really nice living area with TV and everything you needed in the kitchen, we just ate breakfast there as we ate out but there is a supermarket across the road and you can get everything you need there. We are a family of 4 with tween and teenager and it was perfect as we had two bedrooms. Everything was in walking distance and the area felt really safe. It had a lift to the apartment or you could walk up the stairs. For anyone with mobility issues there was a stair lift to the lift. Any questions we had were answered really quickly by Magno apartments and they gave us recommendations of things to do and where to eat which was very helpful.

The fridge was waiting to be replaced and didn't arrive as it was during the Christmas holiday season so this was out of their control, we were still able to use it even though it wasn't working to full capacity. This is the only fault I can give for this wonderful apartment. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
