The hots was the worst, they didn’t give the right passcode to access the key and wouldn’t answer the phone not email not nothing, luckily there were some other guests who got an answer from him and they helped us, if they werent there at the same time we would have been stuck outside and he didnt even reply to this day , i have no words

The location is great if you close your eyes (and ears) to the construction site just under the window and the club working till 5:30 AM.

Let’s start by saying that the noise is terrible. During the day you have the construction and during the night you have the club (every day) No wifi. The emails the property will send you has information about wifi that is FALSE. There is no wifi qr code behind the door or “under the router”. As consequence you have CERO TV. We were with 3 kids and was terrible difficult to entertain them without internet or tv. Be ready to spend one hour of your life trying to figure out the puzzle of “finding the main door key”. All the information provided for these guys is wrong or outdated. There is no key boxes outside. There is one keybox but they send you the wrong combination to open it. There is no key inside the apartment as they state in the “check in email”. If you didn’t manage to get the main door key, forget about entering or leaving the building at night. The community is the worst. I left the apartment and till now have zero answer to my questions. Overall this could be a good property (if we remove the noise) but it’s EXTREMELY BAD MANAGED BY lazy people. They just send template contradictory emails that is far from the actual conditions of the apartment.
