Couldn't find the aircon remotes

It was clean, no check-in needed, nice area

There was not enough toilet paper, and I didn't receive a response regarding that to my message. One room has a broken bed, and the bed is uneven. You're rolling down on the left side.

The pool water was very cold

Gorgeous house on a gated estate with everything you need for your stay including swimming towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Very stylish decor.

We booked on the day but had no response from owner about checking in details for over 3 hours. Once we got into the accomodation, we had no privacy in the garden to use the pool as the maintenance man was doing repairs until 8pm. Could do with working Aircons in all rooms for the price we paid.

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Everything you need, including plastic glasses to use around pool area.

Communication. We had a hiccup getting into estate on arrival as the number we were told to dial went to voice mail. Eventually got another unit to let us in. They have a late check in, 3pm, and the cleaner was still busy ironing.

Not much to be honest. The pool was the only good thing about the accommodation.

I booked this accommodation months in advance, and had previously asked about a refund to be told that it was a strict no refund policy, which was fine. We drove from Cape Town to Knysna, only to be informed almost around midday that they had made a double booking on the accommodation and we could not stay there. There was no apologies whatsoever about the mishap, and I was actually told "her problem becomes my problem". At the last minute, Linda changed the accommodation for us to stay somewhere new due to their double booking error for the one night and had then told us that we need to move to the accommodation the next day. When I explained the inconvenience of having to stay somewhere new for one night and pack up and move to the original accommodation, Linda dismissed the possibility, without being flexible or accommodating, for us to stay the duration of our trip in the accommodation she moved us to. There was no compromise whatsoever. We had plans that we could no longer follow through on, due to having to pack up and move the next morning to the original accommodation. Communication was also lacking professionalism, respect and timeliness. All of this happened on the day of travel, when already driving that this is happening. No apologies besides one text. To move to the new accommodation, check in time was moved an hour later, and when we arrived, cleaning staff were still around. We had the added admin of picking up forms from Linda's office. There was no attempt to assist with the admin by dropping off the forms at the estate. When we did arrive at the security gate, we had to wait outside, due to Linda's office not sending us the welcome pack, which was a requirement in order to enter the estate. There was so much time this weekend wasted on admin that should have been handled by Linda.

Accessibility, neat and clean.

Swimming pool was not clean

Fireplace, spacious living and sleeping rooms, enough cutlery, beautiful and inviting. Hot rails for towels in bathroom, enough coffee and dinner table to eat as family

We had such a lovely stay. The house is perfectly located and very secure. It was clean and comfortable and had everything one would need. I would definitely recommend the home to any friends or family looking to have a lovely weekend away.

We were spoiled with this beautiful house and all its perks. The house was clean and furnished with the most beautiful pieces. The main bedroom is a dream come true, featuring a sunroom that leads outside to a sparkling swimming pool.

The steep uphill to park your car, but we would book this beautiful place again and again.
