The Location was close to the theme parks. It was very spacious and comfortable. Quiet location. Nice pool area.

I would recommend more apps on tv. We have max but couldn’t log in as the app needed to be downloaded. Also there was no dust pan only a broom.

the ac didn’t work and there was zero customer service to talk to a human being- only contact through message/emails. never got the security deposit back or refund for inconvenience of the ac being out and it was miserable there, we even had to buy our own fan. we should’ve just went to another hotel.
