Lovely rooms, comfortable and clean.Very pretty decor and air conditioning was a bonus.

No hand soap, which is a basic requirement.I had to use the shower gel and I had antibac with me. Breakfast was nice, however I think for the cost, two courses would be good.For example cereal/ croissants as well as cooked food.We had to ask if we could have fruit juice, wasn’t offered and the server could have been a bit more friendly.It wasn’t busy.

Location great as a stop over to a wedding in Devon. Very hospitable host. Lovely house.

Great service, and one particular young lady whose name we don't know was exceptional and worked really hard over the time we were there. Good choice of wines, lovely dinner and a la carte breakfast.

In addition to the main breakfast choice, it would have been nice to also have the option for some fresh fruit. Bathroom was quite small with no hooks to hang towels or shelves to store personal items.

Location is good. Staff aren't over enthusiastic and Breakfast was straight out of Fawlty Towers.

Breakfast service was slow. Waited more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee, how difficult is it to bring a cup of coffee? Having got my coffee I'm not bothered if the breakfast takes a little longer. Also, for the amount I paid, inclusive of breakfast, I wasn't too pleased about the extra charge of £3 to have bacon with my waffles. The waitress somewhat grudgingly agreed to provide the bacon free of charge, and the waffles duly arrived with one rasher of bacon.
