Good location, great condition of the property and overall experience is wonderful, I recommend to everyone who visits Modra to choose this property instead of a hotel. Don't worry about the breakfast, 300m from the property there is a restaurant and not very far away there is a supermarket. The house has a great functioning kitchen as well.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Additional big bonus goes for very comfortable beds and clean, white bed linen. Apartment newly renovated, private parking just in front of the villa. Good communication, the owner responded very quickly.

The villa is a bit remote - you need a car to reach the place but otherwise everything perfect.

the apartment is located in an old villa, with a somewhat neglected entrance and corridor to get to the apartment. The check-in is fully without contact: instructions about the key box etc. are sent through the app - works fine, but less attractive for those who wish to ask for local recommendations.

Excellent place, brand new apartment, cosy and practical. Peaceful place away from noise. You have everything you need.
