GBGreat communication right from the start. Both Alfonso and Dan were extremely friendly and accommodating, they let us in the apartment early with two young children which was really appreciated. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything and more you needed for your stay. The location was absolutely perfect too!
There was nothing about the apartment we didn't like.

GBMe and my two friends stayed here from the 10th-13th October. We were met by Dan who was on in contact with me throughout and showed us in & around the apartment on our arrival, Dan was an excellent host and couldn’t do more for us, making us feel welcome and checking in via WhatsApp’s throughout the weekend to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is modern, spacious and situated exactly where you want to be, 2 minutes away from the beech, surrounded by shops, restaurants and roughly a 20 min walk away from the main strip. It has a nice balcony that looks out onto the street, there’s plenty of cups, plates and anything you need to make your stay as nice homely as possible. Every room has air conditioning combined with ceiling fans which was nice, the master bedroom with a double bed has a nice modern en-suite which was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. WiFi was reliable and didn’t have any issues getting connected. Overall, this is a very good place to stay and have no complaints, would certainly stay there again if I return to Benidorm.
You get used to it, but on an evening there it can get noisy from the Main Street below which you can hear from the master bedroom, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping.
GBGreat location right in Old Town near shop n right next to the beach in less than 5minutes walk..10 minute walk to new town if that.. Extremely homely 🥰

GBThe communication from the owner was fantastic. Dan who meet us was excellent. The property is amazing right in the heart of the city. Such a beautiful apartment with first class facilities. I can not praise the owners and apartment enough it’s just amazing.

GBExcellent location, in the heart of the old town, a street away from the beach and within walking distance of the new town. Apartment was great, balconies were excellent place to relax, had a lift and everything else you could need.

Staff member Dan who met us was rude when showing apartment, and we called him a few times beforehand and was hung up on due to zoom call. Location , though close to parking, was hard to find in Old town alley ways, even with google maps , and had no signage. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left in from previous guest and smelt discusting . Both toilet seats were very loose and needed screwdriver to tighten?
