No provision for food Odd steps at every lift lobby as if lift is added later Stairs don't have any safety marking and it's very easy to miss a step Stairs are poorly lit after dark No provision for a work desk or chair

You need to add more breakfast items in menu.

For Guests, you do not have full Kitchen facility available. Therefore, for business guests, when he return to room after daily work, he is tired & due to non availability of dinning facility, he has to go out for dinner. This is disappointing.

Poor management. Their hotel is not listed correctly on Google Maps and they don't send you correct directions in advance. My check-in was made unpleasant because staff did not do their due diligence and then tried to blame me. They gave me a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked for another room, the receptionist said under her breath that at this rate I won't be satisfied with any room. Having a smoke-free room at a hotel advertised as smoke-free is a basic requirement, but they made it seem like a high-strung ask. Staff and management know they have issues but they don't admit them. None of the room keycards worked the entire time I was there. I learned from another guest that it's an ongoing issue, but when I tried to bring it to their attention, the staff denied it. The bed in the room is comfortable, but beyond that they have many unresolved issues. The room doesn't have an AC remote. And a group of guests were talking to staff really loudly in the lobby at midnight, but I had to go out and ask them to talk at a considerate volume so others can sleep. I didn't have any food there because it's outsourced, so I can't vouch for its quality. Oh, and after all that, they charged me for water. Sad state of affairs.

For check in we had to literally wait for 20 mins or maybe more we were tired. Only one room was available whereas the booking was confirmed for two rooms so they were not even clear about that and after waiting for so long gave us a very dirty used room which was very wrong. There were insects and ants in one of the rooms and in the other room there was some very unpleasant smell throughout the time. We were very tired already and wanted to rest but woke up at 6:00 in the morning due to noises from our lobby we complained but no action was taken . The breakfast was not good not even the staff and we were still charged the whole 5 star amount whereas the hotel was not even close to 2 star.
