la posizione è ottima sia per la vicinanza al mare che per la tranquillità e la vicinanza a tutti i servizi. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo e l'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort.

Un po datato il mobilio dell'appartamento e non ci sono ne ombrelloni ne lettini nella parte della piscina

отличный пляж поблизости бассейн на крыше

здание очень старое, территория выглядит заброшенной, балконы совмещены с соседскими балконами вплотную без перегородок, нет элементарной шумоизоляции, не хватает элементарных предметов на кухне ( досточки для резки, электрочайник и т.д). при заселении в номере было грязно, окошки из туалетов в номерах выходят просто в общий коридор.

Die Wohnung sehr klein. Gebucht mit Terasse, tatsächlich war nur ein kleiner Balkon ohne Sichtschutz zu Nachnarn. Küche veraltet.
