L'appartamento è ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. Nonostante sia una mansarda, è provvisto di comdizionatore e ventilatori, per cui non si patisce assolutamente il caldo. Ci sono lavatrice e attrezzature che lo rendono adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi.

L'appartamento è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla ma abbastanza lontana dal centro. Tuttavia, il garage per l'auto è un vantaggio ineguagliabile e il centro si raggiunge in circa mezz'ora a piedi.
