Waterfall Bed & Breakfast

The room was spacious, the area was peaceful and fairly quiet. It seemed quite safe aa well.

Had issues with the gate to enter, the locking mechanism especially. Would take me a long time to be able to get it open which if coming back at night especially can be a concern

The property was in a nice area that looked safe.

The property had an awful smell. We were told there was a mini fridge in the room but it turned out there wasn’t any. Instead, we were told that we would share storage with other guests in the main fridge in the kitchen. The fridge was not clean. The other guests ran out of toilet paper and had to ask us for some in our room. I was happy to help but why weren’t they given toilet paper? The rooms were not cleaned at all. So I figured we would be given cleaning stuff to do it ourselves which didn’t happen. That lock at the gate is very unrealistic because it was raining most of the time and the lock was very slippery. Trying to toss it around to put in the number was just stressful and we were caught by rain most of the time. I was just given a password but I was left to figure out which WiFi to connect on.

No breakfast available. This was not mentioned until after check in.

Very noisy. Kids screaming and pounding up and down stairs. Late arrivals using the kitchen facilities behind my room at 3am no concern for other guests even though there are noise level warnings in all rooms. No / very poor reception on tv .

There was no breakfast

Not being honest as there’s no breakfast the reason they are demanding immediate payment is because they know their place is not good even parking wil never go back again

The service was utterly pathetic

Abigail made effort to wait for us.

No breakfast. No drinking water in fridge or bottled water. No recommendation on places closeby to get something to eat.
