The place was clean and specious. the host was welcoming and very helpful.

It was not as it appeared in the pictures, the kitchen had a rusty hot plate, cupboards werent clean and had some bad odour, the sheets looked clean but my body was itchy throughout the night. we struggled to get parking as if we were not expected.

The fact that the facility does not offer refunds or is able to change the dates of stay we had an issue and was unable to stay the full 3 days booked we only arrived in jhb on the last day

I liked the security and good location

Toilet not flushing the family one. Electric wires in the kitchen and sockets needed attention, they pose risk. My duvet inner was disgusting, lumps and lumps,not sure if it was washed and made it lumpy, it was disgusting. Pillows lumpy as well.

The place was spacious, clean and close to the Midrand Gautrain station and other places. All the facilities worked and it was quiet.

The stairs were a bit unexpected. Especially because there was noone there to assist with the bags. So getting up and down the stairs with the bags was tricky.
