Connexion wifi très faible dans notre chambre. Seul et unique défaut de l'hôtel.

Our room was amazing with an amazing view. It is not in the center, but a bit outside. It is comfortable, look as the pictures and is very quiet. Amazing bath tub and nice pool.

We were not satisfied with the service. • At check-in, the receptionist struggled with simple cash handling and did not agree on the correct change, even after we explained it in Vietnamese and showing it on the calculator. We had to exchange money with other guests to pay the exact amount. They did not take card Payments. • We received no information about the hotel or the surrounding area upon arrival, which we had gotten everywhere else in Vietnam. • It was not possible to buy just a coffee at breakfast—you had to pay for the full buffet. Other guests experienced the same issue. • The receptionist was often not present and did not consistently greet guests. All in all - they were never rude- but there was no service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nghe Garden Resort. We probably had the opportunity to stay in one of its best rooms which offers an amazing view both towards the rice fields opposide of the resort and onto the pool side. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable and equipped with perfectly fitting furniture and amenities. The staff was very reactive prior to our arrival, providing us with a smooth airport transfer from Da Nang airport for a very reasonable price and we were able to rent a motorbike at the hotel, which was so very convenient. Overall, the communication with the staff was very smooth, timely and easy, which is a big plus. The entrance to the resort is guarded by a very kind security agent, which is reassuring when returning home late. The breakfast granola is also very good and the pool absolutely stunning and a pleasure to swim in. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed waking up in this stunning room, filled with light, especially in the mornings when it is still hazy outside. Thank you so very much !!

The toilet seems to be a bit moist or the waterlevel is a bit low and therefore, it may smell a bit strongly when opening the toilet door after a warm day. I think the Resort could gain even more in charm if the tables and chairs were set up on the terrace (all of them not just one set). This set up would make the terrace feel more “inviting” for breakfast. It sometimes felt like the terrace wasnt set up yet. Speaking of the terrace, the a/c of the top floor was dripping onto the terrace on our last morning. I recommend fixing this issue so it wont drip onto the breakast dishes of future clients but i assume the staff is already on top of this problem :) The staff was really kind and we were really happy with everything, but sometimes it was hard to locate someone at the reception.
