Dịch vụ rất tệ, khách chưa đến nhận phòng thì gọi hối khách vì sau 14h không có nhân viên trực,phòng bẩn ố vàng, dép đóng một lớp bụi. Khi trả phòng cũng không có một ai làm thủ tục trả phòng, không có ai trông bảo quản tài sản cho khách. khi complaint thì tự bào chữa cho mình là đúng. Sẽ ko bh quay lại
