The first thing we had to do upon arrival was clean the floors—they were extremely dirty, and the water turned black (just like our socks before cleaning). We informed the owner, who responded by saying they’d never received complaints like this before—not exactly helpful. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work properly. While we could connect to the network, there was no internet. We contacted the owner again, but were told that the technical staff couldn’t look into it during our stay. So, no internet access the whole time. The beds were not really uncomfortable as well.
