Un apartament foarte primitor, spațios și călduros, zona in care este amplasat este noua, curata și aproape de mall Coresi.

Centrala termica in momentul in care se pornea scotea niste pocnituri care erau deranjante noaptea când era liniște.

"Am fost pe deplin mulțumiți de garsoniera ."

Faptul că în afară de dotările standard , există și unele decorațiuni care te fac sa te simți mai confortabil .

Oarecum, departe de centru și de unele atracții insa nu este ceva pentru care as scade nota
