Tres Palmas Boutique Hotel

Overall it was an amazing stay very cozy and nice. The staff was excellent and the maid service was thorough. I loved the location. I was able to walk to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room is just the right size. 10/10 on the room accomodations. This is one of the best stays I have had.

My only critique was that the restaurant was closed and when i tried to text or call to make reservations i did not receive a call back. By the time i reached someone i was informed that the restaurant would be closed for the remaining of my stay. it was offered for me to go to another location today however, i am traveling back to San Juan today. Once i arrived here it was communicated that the restaurant was closed. But the signs at the restaurant indicated reservations could be made. It would have been convenient to eat here and take advantage of the complimentary drinks.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent!

Open shower wasn’t great. The water shot out and soaked the bathroom. But the water was hot so that was good. From the photos it looked like the hotel was closer to the water than it actually is.

Located on top of a hill overlooking Tres Palmas and Steps beach, you get your own private sunset beach view of the ocean and the beautiful rolling waves. The staff was gracious and kind and always offering assistance. Easy to walk to Maria’s/Domes/ Tres Palmas/Steps and a short drive to all the other local beaches.

As it is located on a busy road, sometimes you can hear the traffic going by but it slows down at night and you can barely hear it. If you’re lucky the local donkey will be in the pasture across the street and every once in awhile will heehaw at random. You can walk over and give him a pet too! Hearing him was one of the highlights of my trip and I will miss surf donkey.

Everything was clean and nice and property was close to everything.

The only thing, the shower head needs to be a different one as water splashes out of the shower into the bathroom floor.

Everything was great, personal super nice, comfortable bed, great location with a car, non swimming beach is at 5 minutes walking, or 3 minutes with a car for a swimming beach

Sometimes wifi didn’t work properly and shower was leaking

Clean, great location, very spacious room, nice shower, plenty of storage for clothes and a large king bed.

No coffee maker or microwave. Not ideal for families, only couples or singles.
